End-User License Agreement (EULA) for CleanHide

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Terms") is a binding agreement between you ("End-User" or "you") and The Pizza Quiz LTD ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us"). It governs your download and use of CleanHide ("Licensed Application" or "App"), an iOS application for hydration tracking, daily stretching, and phone optimization.

By downloading or using CleanHide, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. Acknowledgement

You and The Pizza Quiz LTD acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Pizza Quiz LTD, not Apple, is solely responsible for CleanHide and its content. This EULA may not provide usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the date you accepted this EULA.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use CleanHide on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Licensed Application may also be accessed by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

2.1. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law
  • Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices in the App
  • Use the App to violate any applicable law or infringe the rights of any third party
  • Use automated means to access or interact with the App

3. Description of the Licensed Application

CleanHide provides the following features for iPhone (iOS 13+) and compatible Apple Silicon Macs:

3.1. Hydration Tracking

Log daily water intake, set personal hydration goals, and review history and statistics (Premium). All hydration data is stored locally on your device.

3.2. Stretching & Warm-Up Routines

Follow short, guided daily stretching routines. All activity data remains on your device.

3.3. Phone Optimization

Free up storage, find and remove duplicate photos and screenshots (Premium), detect and merge duplicate contacts (Premium), and compress videos (Premium). All processing happens entirely on your device — no files are uploaded to external servers.

3.4. Secure Folder

Store private files in a locally encrypted folder protected by your device passcode or biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID). We cannot access or recover Secure Folder contents.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1. Free and Premium

CleanHide offers free features with no time limit, and premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions.

4.2. Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial. The trial provides full access to all premium features. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription.

4.3. Subscription Plans

Premium is available as a weekly auto-renewable subscription. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase in the App and may vary by region.

4.4. Billing and Auto-Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4.5. Managing and Cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device, or through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

4.6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's instructions. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Maintenance and Support

The Pizza Quiz LTD is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for CleanHide. You may contact us at info@getclearflow.app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

6. Warranty

The Pizza Quiz LTD is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed below.

In the event of any failure of CleanHide to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to CleanHide. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to a warranty are the sole responsibility of The Pizza Quiz LTD.

6.1. Disclaimer

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEANHIDE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • All defects will be corrected

6.2. Health Disclaimer

The hydration tracking and stretching features are for general informational and wellness purposes only. CleanHide does not use Apple HealthKit and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your health or fitness regimen.

6.3. Data Backup Disclaimer

Before using photo cleanup, contact cleanup, or video compression features, we strongly recommend creating a backup of your data. While these features are designed to operate safely, we are not responsible for any unintended data loss.

7. Product Claims

You and The Pizza Quiz LTD acknowledge that The Pizza Quiz LTD, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to CleanHide or your possession and/or use of CleanHide, including but not limited to:

  • Product liability claims
  • Any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
  • Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

This EULA does not limit our liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

CleanHide, including its design, code, features, content, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of The Pizza Quiz LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You and The Pizza Quiz LTD acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that CleanHide or your possession and use of CleanHide infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, The Pizza Quiz LTD, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your device, passcodes, and biometric settings
  • Back up important data before using cleanup or compression features
  • Use the App only in compliance with applicable laws
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your use of the App

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PIZZA QUIZ LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, CONTACTS, FILES, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF CLEANHIDE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Pizza Quiz LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country.
  • You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use CleanHide immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your license is revoked and you must delete the App from all devices. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Warranty, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, Indemnification, and Apple-Related Terms) shall survive termination.

You may terminate at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any active subscription.

14. Third-Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using CleanHide, including but not limited to your wireless data service agreement, your Apple Media Services Terms, and any terms associated with third-party content you access through the App.

16. Third-Party Beneficiary

You and The Pizza Quiz LTD acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the App. Your continued use of CleanHide after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Pizza Quiz LTD regarding your use of CleanHide and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
